The cosmetic factory is equipped with the most modern technique for production of cosmetics. It functions in accordance to the International Ecological Standards. There are three laboratories working in connection with the factory to control the quality during the process of development of the new products.
First the factory has been equipped with modern technique for production of toothpaste and cosmetics in tubes, as the capacity per month is 1 200 000 pieces. After some period a new modernization took place and additional equipment was installed, allowing a production of cosmetics in bottles too.
In 2004 a strategic investor financed the purchase of new automated line for production of liquid and foaming products with a production capacity of 600 000 pieces per month at one shift regime.
At the moment the equipment allows approx. 1 500 000 units to be produced, including creams, emulsions, toothpastes, liquid soaps, shampoos and other products. |
